Nascar Fever

Hello!  Another special order card for a hubby who is a Nascar fan! Most of the images on this were clip art from Google images and a few are stickers from a Recollections package at Michaels.  The black and white checkered paper was an online freebie that I forgot to bookmark, so I can't remember the site.  The white dashes on the road at the bottom were made with a rectangular hand punch and glued on the black cardstock.  The sentiment is Stampin Up done with Sparkle N Sprinkle's Red Apple embossing powder.  Happy Birthday Dave!

All Dogs go to Heaven!

This is my latest batch of pet sympathy for the grooming shop.  My friend says she always needs at east three at a time.  Very strange.  I used the Silhouette to cut the dog silhouettes and the background is done with Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.  The sentiment is computer generated.  Very simple to do. I'm still working on a card for a cat that she groomed.  Hope she doesn't need any more soon, because I always cry when I pick out the inside verses.

Friend Farewell

 This is another special order for a babysitter who is moving away.  It needed to be large so that lots of people could sign it, so it is 5.5" x 8.5".  It also had to be Winnie the Pooh with a specific quote, so my good friend Terry (who is more SVG savvy than I) found the Winnie and Piglet cut file at Scrappin by Kris blog.  I also found the tree on her blog here.  The leaves on the tree are from the SU bird punch and the background is just lightly sponged.  I stamped the tree trunk with my new SU Hardwood stamp, but I think next time I will mask the branches and do them at an angle.  Piglet is popped up with dimensionals.  I can't wait to do more SVG files like this with my Silhouette!
